We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Prices are stated in SEK for Sweden, EUR for EU, NOK for Norway or USD for rest of the world. Prices do not include delivery charges.

VAT is charged for shipping destinations in the EU and Norway, while other shipping destinations outside of the EU are exempt from VAT. Please choose your shipping country up left in our shop, and the listed price will automatically display price including VAT for EU- and Norwegian customers, and exclude VAT for non-EU customers. However, non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country. Import duty, tax costs and customs charges will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations.

We have the right to adjust incorrect prices.

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods: Credit/debet cards, Paypal, invoice by Klarna (only Sweden and Norway) or direct bank e-Payments by Trustly (only in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Poland and Spain).

Credit/Debit cards
We accept VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.

PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.

Trustly - Direct bank e-Payments
Trustly is a payment method that allows you to pay with your online bank account. All you need is your regular online bank credentials.

Shipping Methods

We ship from Sweden. Orders are shipped by Fedex, except Swedish orders which are shipped by Posten. We ship to many international destinations - if your country is not on our destination list - please contact us.

All international orders are sent by Fedex. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. Please register a phone number when ordering which Fedex can use to reach you. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Your package can be tracked at www.fedex.com.

Posten (only for delivery within Sweden)
All Swedish orders are sent by Posten. You will receive shipment information from Posten via SMS or email when your order is dispatched.

NB! To make holiday gift shopping decisions easier, we now offer free shipping on all orders until Christmas. 

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are the delivery times under normal conditions. Expect some extra days during sales and holidays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination outside of EU.

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. In case the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order, we will contact you and you have the option of cancelling your order or choose an exchange product.

Return Policy

NB! To make gift buying risk free, we have extended the returns deadline for orders in November and December to January 15.

You have the right to return your products for any reason within 30 days from delivery date. Items should be returned unused, and with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Purchased Berg&Berg underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned products. We will not refund the initial shipping cost or the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Berg&Berg. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please attach a note with your name and order number. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
