RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Christmas returns: To make gift shopping risk free, we have extended the returns deadline for all orders placed in November and December to January 30.

You are welcome to return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging (including hangers), and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are only returnable if unopened.

We offer free size exchanges. Register your exchange and send back the original item. We will ship your new size as soon as we have received your return. If you need the item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the first item for a refund.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Click the “Make a return” button above to register your return or exchange. Enter your order number and email, then follow the instructions. You will be able to download your return shipping label (and a proforma invoice if you are outside the EU). If you wish to both return and exchange items from the same order, please submit two separate requests in the return form.

Please note, we only accept returns with a Berg & Berg return label.

Return shipping is not free. Because shipping and handling costs are significant, we charge a fee to cover part of this expense. A return fee will be deducted from your refund: 100SEK (Sweden), €15 (Europe), 10 GBP (UK), 25USD (US, other outside EU). 50 AUD (Australia), 50 CAD (Canada).

Please note that Berg & Berg does not refund any import duties or VAT paid to local authorities (for customers outside the EU, the US, or Norway).

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving your return.
