RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are welcome to return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging (including hangers), and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are only returnable if unopened. 

Shoes must be tried on indoors, on a carpet or soft surface, to avoid marks or damage to the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, including all dust bags and other accessories provided, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoebox inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box to protect it from damage during transit.

Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Registering a return or receiving a return label does not extend this deadline. Returns shipped after this period will be refused.

We offer free size exchanges. Register your exchange and send back the original item. We will ship your new size as soon as we have received your return. If you need the item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the first item for a refund. Please note that we can only offer size exchanges for the same style and colour as originally ordered.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Click the “Make a return” button above to register your return or exchange. Enter your order number and email, then follow the instructions. You will be able to download your return shipping label (and a proforma invoice if you are outside the EU). If you wish to both return and exchange items from the same order, please submit two separate requests in the return form.

Please note, we only accept returns with a Berg & Berg return label.

Return shipping is not free. Because shipping and handling costs are significant, we charge a fee to cover part of this expense. A return fee will be deducted from your refund: 100SEK (Sweden), €15 (Europe), 10 GBP (UK), 25USD (US, other outside EU), 200 NOK (Norway), 50 AUD (Australia), 50 CAD (Canada).

Please note that Berg & Berg does not refund any import duties or VAT paid to local authorities (for customers outside the EU, the US, or Norway).

If an order is not collected and is returned to us, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving your return.

Return policy on «3 for 2» or «5 for 4» promotions
If you have ordered items within our «3 for 2» or «5 for 4» promotions, then please read the following conditions for returns:

If you return one item, you will not receive a refund, as the order no longer fulfills the condition for the «one free item promotion». If you return several items, but not the full order, you will receive a refund, but not for the «one free item», regardless of which item that was listed as free in checkout. If you return the full order, you will receive a full refund.

Examples:
You buy 3 shirts for the price of 2. You return 2 shirts. You will receive refund for 1 shirt.
You buy 3 shirts for the price of 2. You return 3 shirts. As you only paid for 2 shirts, you will receive refund for 2 shirts.
