RETURNS
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, with all original packaging (including hangers) and tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned if unopened.
We only accept returns with a Berg & Berg return shipping label.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. We advise customers who want to change size, model or color to place an order for the new item, and return the original item. We will issue a refund for the original item after the return is processed by our warehouse.
Return shipping is not free. Because shipping and handling costs are significant, we charge a fee to cover part of this expense. A return fee will be deducted from your refund: 100 SEK (Sweden), €15 (Europe), £15 (UK), 25USD (US), 150NOK (Norway), €30 (outside Europe).
How to Make a Return
Customers within the EU
Complete the return sheet and place it inside your parcel along with the items you wish to return. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel and hand it in at your nearest DHL service point (Bring for customers in Denmark).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days after we receive your return. If you have chosen “Pay later” or “Finance” via Klarna, please contact Klarna to pause your invoice and avoid additional charges while your return is being processed.
Customers outside the EU
Please email us at shop@bergbergstore.com before returning your items. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label.
Please note that Berg & Berg does not refund import duties or VAT that may have been paid to local authorities.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving your returned products.
