Shipping

We ship from Sweden to most international destinations (see checkout for available countries). 

EU & Norway

Orders are shipped with DHL* to your nearest service point (ID required at pick-up).
*Exceptions: Italy, Cyprus & Malta: FedEx Connect Plus; France & Norway: DHL Express; Denmark: Bring.

Rest of the World

Orders outside the EU (including UK & Switzerland) are shipped with FedEx Connect Plus.
A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required (no P.O. boxes).

Delivery times & costs

We usually ship within 24 hrs (weekdays). Delivery times may be longer during sales and holidays. The shipping cost is displayed in your cart and in checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over €300 (or equivalent in other currencies).

Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 1–3 working days
• Europe:  3–5 working days
• North America: 5–7 working days
• Rest of the World: 5–7 working days

Shipping confirmation

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and you may then choose to cancel or exchange your order.
